THE RECORD IS NEAR MINT ALSO. THE INSERT IS INTACT AS WELL AS THE ORIGINAL SLEEVE FOR THE RECORD. BOTH PRISTINE! THE HANDBILL IS ALSO IN NEAR MINT CONDITION!
