ROLLING STONES WORLDWIDE II
An Anthology of original 7”, 12”, EP & CD Singles releases 1971 - 1983 continues the saga of the worldwide Rolling Stones singles releases and begins, where the first book in this series has left off. It chronicles all the singles and EP releases (all formats) which were published on the groups´own label, Rolling Stones Records since 1971, and distributed over the years in 50 countries by the Atlantic/WEA, EMI, Sony/Columbia,Virgin/EMI and, most recently, Polydor/Universal Corporations. Like ROLLING STONES WORLDWIDE I, it is meticulously researched. As well as detailed information on each release, the book features more than 900 glossy colour pictures of record sleeves and labels on 340 pages. An Anthology of original LP/ CD Releases 1971- 2012 The fourth and final part of the ROLLING STONES WORLDWIDE book series includes the worldwide LP/CD releases on the groups´own label, Rolling Stones Records, and beyond between 1971 to 2012 and also the various re-editions of their 1960s´ back catalogue on the Abkco label since 1984. All in all, it contains over 1600 colour photos of record sleeves and labels on 402 pages! Unlike in the previous three volumes, the many worldwide editions are not divided into seperate country discographies this time, but each chapter is devoted to an album in the new book. These, again, are packed with facts such as original release dates catalogue numbers and estimated collector´s prices and also feature extensive introduction texts in both English and German that trace the general history of the respective release
