PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
INSANELY RARE original EKO-503 first (and ONLY) pressing of this rockabilly mover from 1958? on the little Eko label from right here in the Windy City with Fire Hair on the B-side!!! Release year is assumed to be 1958 judging from the small Eko catalog number sequence in Discogs but there isn't a single entry for this 45 anywhere in their massive, all-knowing database whatsoever. THAT'S how you know it's rare. You've seen the B-side on Crystal Ball's Rarest Of The Rare Collector's Showcase Vol. 4 and the A side on Buffalo/Bison Bop's Young And Wild/Bop That Never Stopped comps but this 45 is completely absent from Eko's catalog. Vinyl is just barely VG- with a small scratch at 7:00 at the end of side A that can be lightly felt but barely heard. Plays nicely.
