Description
Artist/Group: THE RONETTES
Title: “THE RONETTES Featuring Veronica”
Label: COLPIX. Monaural pressing on medium weight vinyl. Label is pale blue with black text. Catalog number is CP 486.
NOTE: Material recorded prior to the group’s collaborations with Phil Spector, issued by Colpix in 1965 to capitalize on their later chart success.
Date: 1965.
Condition:
DISC: Vinyl is beautiful VG++/NM with 100% of original gloss, appears to have been played a very small number of times and handled with care. There is one minor small scuff on Side 1 (not audible), otherwise both sides are pristine. Fidelity is superb. Labels are clean with no spindle trail marks. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer sounding copy.
JACKET: Jacket is nice VG+ in original factory shrink wrap. Shrink is torn in several places. Front panel is bright and clean except small area at bottom center where shrink is torn and ring wear has started to appear. Bottom right corner has approx 1 inch split at opening. Top right corner has approx 2 inch split at opening. Left side corners have small bumps. Reverse is clean and white except bottom left corner has a small area of light tan staining. No writing, stickers or cutout indications. Overall quite presentable to accompany the superb disc.
