...1969 U.K. LP ORIGINAL : Rosemary Hardman's Rare First Album on the Folk Heritage label... the sleeve is a front-laminated 'flipback' type of sleeve, which has rear sleeve notes by Alex Campbell, (Glasgow 1968)... there are also rear sleeve notes about the songs by Rosemary Hardman herself... (Recorded by Brian Horsfall & Produced by Bob Sidall)... Recorded Live 29.12.68 at the Bate Hall Hotel, Macclesfield... The Songs are ; (Side 1) - Child Of Merseyside / Huntingtower / Banks Of Claudy / The Golden Vanity / I Left My Baby Lying There / This Is My Mountain / (Side 2) - The Weavers Forever / A Long Way To Go / Pretty Saro / Lady Barnard + Little Musgrave / & Ontario Bound... (A 'Wonderful' Folk Album ! ...I've just played it and Rosemary Hardman's voice is superb on this album, 'lovely' stuff ! ...A Great 'Live' feel to it ! ...The sleeve is in pristine condition with no wear or flaws ! ...apart from a few pretty insignificant background 'clicks', which don't degrade the vinyl, the sound is crystal clear and excellent : there are no 'bad' sounds that shouldn't be there, no major problems and the listening is enjoyable ! ...essentially, a 'presentable' nice copy in overall excellent condition ! ...(How often does this one turn up !!! ...A Very Rare Folk Album by Rosemary Hardman !!! ...On The Folk Heritage Label !!!) ...
