Columbia Blue & Silver Stereo 3-LP set SAX 2266-2268

"Gobbi and Callas were here at their most inspired" as Figaro and Rosina on this superb early stereo recording, with Luigi Alva as Almaviva, Nicola Zaccaria as Don Basilio, and Fritz Ollendorf as Dr Bartolo.

The set is complete with cast list and summary programme, in the original plum-coloured box (which has slight wear at the edges, but is otherwise entirely sound), with "EMI Stereophonic Recording" sticker.

All three records are in fine condition, with only a couple of superficial marks on Side 1 which are visible but not audible.
