FORMAT............ RARE UK ORIGINAL VINYL LP . A FIRST PRESSING ON THE DECCA LABEL.

SXL2266

MATRIX 1E and 2E

Famous Deep grooved , wide band Decca label. A very rare first press and in very nice condition.

The key features of this lp are summarised below:

Sleeve-  Super condition. Laminated to the front showing only minor creases. Very clean.

The rear has one flipback and this is intact. It is unlaminated but is still clean showing only slight marks/age wear.

Overall- VERY Clean and respectable for its age.

Inner-The record comes in its original polylined inner.

Labels- Clean .Minor spindle marks only.

Vinyl- HAS A FULL HIGH GLOSS AND SHINE TO BOTH SIDES. VERY nice looking vinyl. It has been well cared for.

Under light you can see marks, tiny scratches and odd hairlines. Nothing serious.

Playback- PLAYS WITHOUT SKIP OR JUMP.

There are some odd minor ticks in places-mainly in quiet moments.

One tiny scratch causes some louder ticks for a few seconds. Some light background crackle in quieter parts-The vast majority plays with a lovely sound. Clean and crisp.

A superb lp. I found it a joy to listen to .

VERY much sought after. Not to be missed.
