ROXY MUSIC   

"Roxy Music (Debut)"

Featuring BRYAN FERRY vocals, piano, Horner pianet, mellotron, ANDREW MACKAY oboe, saxophone, backing vocals, BRIAN ENO synthesizers, tape effects, backing vocals, PHIL MANZANERA electric guitar, GRAHAM SIMPSON bass guitar, RIK KENTON bass guitar on "Virginia Plain", PAUL THOMPSON drums 

This is an early 1970s US pressing which features the additional track "Virginia Plain", Rik Kenton's photo replacing Graham Simpon's (as the band's new bassist) and liner notes by Simon Puxley.

1974 US Stereo Terre Haute Pressing 33rpm LP Orange "Steamboat" Labels REPRISE RECORDS MS-2114 (UK Release 1972 Island Records)                  

Vinyl: EX condition; glossy, clean stereo vinyl; both sides have a few superficial surface scuffs & light handling marks, but nothing feel-able; no scratches; plays very nice!   

Cover: VG+ condition; sturdy gatefold jacket with a corner-clip at bottom right; rub-wear; edge-wear; light corner-wear; initials in pen on back cover (see photos for more on condition).

+Original 1974 Warner/Reprise Loss Leader inner sleeve (corner-clip; torn seam). 

Comes with a new poly-vinyl dust cover & new white paper sleeve.
