Very rare LP in sweet VG+ condition.

Click on photo to enlarge it. Cover shows some shelf wear. Some fraying along the top edge. Top right split about 2"; bottom right about 1/2". No tape, no writing. See photo. Vinyl shows an absolute plethora of surface marks on the faces. All are seemingly fully superficial. No marks are deep; none can be felt to the touch. LP tracks without issue on my turntable. On one side of label it appears as if a price sticker was removed, taking some paper off of the label. See photo. All in all, this is a great LP at a remarkable starting price.
