Label: SUN #353 - 7"/ 45 rpm DJ PROMO record
Vinyl: Near mint with deep reflective surfaces. However there is a 3/8" crack on the edge of the record. I have played the record several times with no skips or audible sound. It was impossible to photograph the crack, so I scanned the record and circled it (see images).
