Never seen this one before! This is a Dutch compilation that comes in a different sleeve, it appears to be a rather Spartan pre-release sleeve, but I am not sure.
Original Dutch pressing on the London label from the 60s. Disc and the sleeve are in EX condition. When will you see this one again?
