Die Platte und das Cover sind nicht neu oder wie neu, aber besser als exzellent.

Excellent (ex):

Wenig Gebrauchsspuren, geringfügige Verschlechterung der Tonqualität. Das Cover ist geringfügig abgenutzt.

Very Good (vg):

Kleine Kratzer bzw. leichtes Rauschen können vorkommen. Das Cover kann Einrisse haben, ist aber noch brauchbar. 

Good (g):

Die Platte hat an Qualität verloren. Sie hat starke Kratzer. Das Cover zeigt Beschädigungen.

Plus/Minus (+/-):

+ oder - werden an die Qualitätsstufen angehängt, wenn sich die Platte bzw. das Cover in keine der Qualitätsstufen eindeutig zuordnen lässt.

The record and the cover is as good as new, or new.

Near Mint (nm):

Cover and record are not new or like new, but better than excellent.

Excellent (ex):

Little signs of wear, slight degradation in sound quality. The cover is slightly worn.

Very Good (vg):

Small scratches or slight noise may occur. The cover may have tears, but is still usable.

Good (g):

The record has lost its quality. Has severe scratching. The cover shows damage.
