DOUBLE-GATEFOLD POSTER SLEEVE!

VERY RARE FRENCH VINYL!

A fantastic opportunity to bid for a very rare, French pressing* of the first studio album from Rudimentary Peni, the British

anarcho-punk/death rock formed in 1980, comprising of Nick Blinko (vocals, guitar, lyrics), Grant Matthews (bass guitar, lyrics)

and Jon Greville (drums)!

*Discogs lists this issue as a U.K. repress, despite the words 'Made In France' appearing

both on the sleeve and one of the labels!

Sleeve: Fantastic poster sleeve (620mm x 880mm) designed and drawn by Nick Blinko, with a single, large, abstract(?)

image on one side, plus individual drawings on the three outer and one inner folded faces. The remaining two inner faces

show the songs lyrics, album credits and a further small drawing of Christ on the Cross, apparently excreting a sac with the

words 'a Corpus Christi Product' written on it! The sleeve is in great condition with amazingly little wear along the folds and

only a single 70mm fold in one corner! It is protected by a thick polybag. 

Inner Sleeve: Plain white, slightly shaped, die-cut paper which is intact with no damage, notations or repairs!

Insert: Album-size, double-sided sheet containing poetry, images, social and punk (The Sex Pistols and The Clash) comment.

Poetry and artwork by Sea Bee. Intact and unmarked with just one small corner crease!

Vinyl: Clean and shiny with no major visual faults. Just a few very light surface marks, as may be expected on vinyl of this age!

No major audio issues when played at normal volume!

This is just one item from my own extensive and eclectic personal collection of music and related bits and pieces which I will be listing over the next few months, or so.
