THE RUNNING OF THE CENTENARY MELBOURNE CUP, Tuesday Nov. 6th, 1934 - Recorded in Sydney over 500 miles of landline from Flemington Racecourse - Broadcast description by JIM CARROLL/BACK YOUR FANCY: Race game with six runners [multi-track recording] (Columbia DOX-444). <p> Rare 78 rpm recording of the Melbourne Cup in excellent (EX) condition --- minor visible wear or superficial marks (but no serious defects). <p>

POSTAGE anywhere within Australia is $15 for the first record plus $2 for each additional record included in the same parcel. The postage cost is higher than usual because this is a 12 inch disc and requires a larger carton and more packing which increases the weight. I strongly advise that it would be safer and more economic to ship more than a single 12 inch record. Ask me for details... I will provide information about international shipping costs on request if you are outside Australia.
