Description
RUSH Hemispheres Mercury 9100 059. Released 1978
This auction is for a really nice copy of the Hemispheres LP, which is in Excellent condition all round and shows only signs of very light use. The audio playback is absolutely superb.

Detailed Grading: -
Outer Sleeve: EX
The gatefold sleeve is in Excellent condition. There are one or two small creases that are visible and the spine isn’t 100% square, but all surfaces are clean and on whole remain undamaged. This is certainly a copy in way above average condition.
Vinyl (Visual) : EX (towards EX+)
The vinyl retains its deep black gloss shine and is in Excellent condition. There are just a few very light hairlines which are only visible under bright halogen light. A very nice copy indeed.
Vinyl (Audio): EX+ to Near Mint
Wonderful audio playback, an absolute joy to listen to! Dare I say it, but it played above its visual grading and sounded superb. Dynamic, clear and quiet in terms of any background noise. All tracks played wonderfully but the playback on La Villa Stragiato just hit me as being totally incredible in every respect, the power and clarity here is sublime!!
A truly great copy which would be difficult to beat!
The vinyl sits (and revolves) absolutely flat on the turntable.

Clean with no writing or other notable damage. There are no spindle marks visible.
Inner Sleeve:
The original generic inner sleeve is included. I have added a brand new poly lined inner as well to keep the LP in perfect condition.
Overall this is wonderful copy which sounds incredible and delivers a first class audio performance.
Please note that I grade conservatively.
Postage and Packing:
All records are placed in a separate poly lined inner and stored flat outside the sleeve and then placed sealed in a re-sealable polythene outer prior to shipping. Records are then placed between square cardboard sheets before packaging into cruciform mailers especially designed for LP’s. These mailers are a high-grade type which reinforce the edges around the LP and as such they are larger and weigh more than standard mailers. My postage costs reflect the additional size and weight of the packaging that I use.
