Welcome to 'Its the vinyl countdown' music auctions. Here you will find some of the most incredible rare records and music memorabilia for your collection. We pride ourselves on auctioning only the highest grade records and items, you will not see anything listed here below EX+ condition, unles the item is extremely rare. You will not see worn covers, warped records or scratched records. We simply do not bother with them.

We list in many cases, 'Archived' & 'mint' condition items, we are able to source from private collections all over the UK. So we hope you can be put at ease that what you are bidding on is of the highest quality.

We play through most of the records, unless the item is clearly mint, or sealed..in which case we don't play them, thus maintaining their 'unplayed' status!  Obviously with some of these rare items there will be the odd 'anomoly' along the way , the odd little static pop or lead in 'sizzle' for a split second.. nothing is perfect we find! all systems differ, but we aim to describe these as accurately as possible for you.... PLEASE ENJOY THIS ITEM YOU ARE NOW LOOKING AT..

THE VINYL   EX+   PLAYS SUPERB

This first pressing is a superb vinyl which plays fantastic and has no damage or wear to the play. There is some light marbling on the vinyl where the LP has lived in the poly sleeve for manymany years..It does not sound at all.

Some light spider lines around the centre hole, confirming the vinyl has been played a fair few times, but clearly below average.

Some very light whisp across the vinyl where it has slid from the inner, no marks damage or scratches at all! the whole vinyl plays magnificent! A little lead in crackle and a few tiny crackels in the lead in grooves and thats it!

Clearly this LP has been archived for many many years ..IT REMAINS IN FANTASTIC SHAPE.

THE LABELS   EX / EX+   MATT LABELS One side has the 'bubbling' below the hole which happened to many copies of this pressing.

THE SLEEVE     MINT-  PRISTINE..HARD TO SEE BETTER THAN THIS! 

Correct FLAT MATT  first UK issued earliest sleeve by ROBOR - This is simply a beauty and as good as we have seen. Finding this sleeve without any white rubbing on the black rim is pretty much impossible, this one is immaculate and kept in its poly protector from new..

Imposible to find without bad white rubbing and ring wear this sleeve is superb, with no white rub anywhere!

The edges are all super clean no feathering or white spider lines, and all colours and inks remain in outstanding condition -the black ink is perfect and this sleeve has only the slightest  tip rub and one tiny little dink .

No powdery white ringwear or even ring press of any note, and all edges are super crisp.

The open edge remains in sharp condition with not a hint of handling, a couple of tiny pin spot dents on the back near the spine..nothing to worry about1

WE CLARIFY BY SAYING, THIS SLEEVE SUPERB QUALITY-AND SO HARD TO SEE BETTER THAN THIS.

Original  LYRIC printed bag -Low gloss paper with thumb scoop -no scissoring or damage at all! Some very light mottling along the top edges
