This is RUTH SLENCZYNSKA Piano Chopin Four Ballads DECCA LP Stereo #DL-710029 that is SIGNED on the back  with personalization and dated 1972, see pic, very hard to find signature!!    Vinyl is VG+ to excellent and cover nice, has just tiny split left middle left hand seem.  Rare find, feel free to make an offer using Ebay's best offer button as all reasonable offers will be considered!!
