Description

Johnny Rebel: Kajun Klu Klux Klan / Looking for a Handout.  Rebel 504, VG to VG+ (light wear, a few scuffs on side 1, good gloss, clean labels.)  Side 1 is a song about a black dude who tried to get a meal in a white restaurant; it did not turn out well for him.  (This is sung and played in a Johnny Cash style, and I’m sure Johnny would have been appalled.)  Side 2 is a recitation over an instrumental bed. Musically, these sides are good; the content… not so much. 

Rebel 45s have historical value and are increasingly hard to find. Please see my Other Items for # 500, 501, 506, 512 and 514.
