Description
Radio Birdman – ‘Burn My Eye’ EP. Not a re-issue. This is a genuine copy of the very rare original 1976 release on the Trafalgar label with the red lettering on the sleeve. It is one of a limited pressing of (by most reports)1,000 copies and is one of the rarest Radio Birdman records. This is not an immaculate copy. There is a semi-circular red stain on the lower left front cover and correction fluid has been used to cover the same stain where it has extended onto the lower right back sleeve. The back sleeve also has some dark-coloured marks around the band name and some light wear marking. The cover generally shows moderate wear with light creasing at the corners but there are no split seams. The record label has been drawn on around the centre hole on side one but the other side is clean. The condition of the vinyl is not as bad as the sleeve condition would suggest. Visual inspection shows only light scratching and the record plays well without excessive crackle.
