If you LOVE countdown shows as much as I do,  you will LOVE  these RARE AND OLD CLASSIC SHOWS!  AMERICAN COUNTRY COUNTDOWN WITH BOB KINGSLEY aired on the ABC Radio Networks. THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST RADIO SHOWS YOU WILL EVER FIND.  EVERY YEAR MOST COUNTDOWN SHOWS DID THEIR TOP SONGS OF THE PREVIOUS YEAR.  THIS SHOW IS THE TOP 40 COUNTDOWN OF 1986 THAT AIRED ON JANUARY 3, 1987.  IT IS A MOST SPECIAL AND RARE SHOW.  IT IS ONE OF THE RAREST SHOWS IN MY COLLECTION AND I AM PROUD TO OFFER IT TO YOU.  It was a three hour four stereo lp show that aired weekly and played the top 40 of the week from the Billboard Magazine Dick Clark's US Music Survey along with many extras and the best dj in country music, Bob Kingsley.  I was introduced to his magic with music while serving in Vietnam and he was a host for American Forces Radio.  He inherited Gene Weed's show and played the best of rock n roll but from his knowledge of country.  Waiting for his show kept me going through that long year and of course I looked for him as soon as I got back.  This is the classic countdown show.  It is for country what Casey was to rock.  And these shows are hardly found anymore, especially these older ones that come in a box instead of the album cover of later years.  These shows belong in your collection no matter what your musical preference.  They are GREAT!!!      The show comes on THREE stereo lp's in perfect like new condition probably only played the day it was aired over 28 years ago.  The cue sheets come with the show and are also in excellent condition.  The entire package comes in an ALBUM WITH THE DECADE SPECIAL STICKER  as you can see in the listing for the listing.  Check it out!     This show aired on JANUARY 3, 1987 AND IS SHOW C871-1      The cue sheets are not included with this show but you can always look up the top 40 on Billboard Magazines website.   YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS THIS ONE!!!!                           I am pleased to offer these great  and rare shows to you.   It is not only the music but a piece of Americana that most people do not even know about.       It is a piece of radio history you are getting with these shows.  You just aren't going to find these shows anymore.  Think of what they will be worth in a few years!  (IF you wanted to sell.)  I am selling to share with other music lovers what I was able to get at a reasonable price.  I am saving those shows I treasure the most and sharing the rest with you for very reasonable prices.             WOW!!!!!!!          Some people even collect these shows for the commercials they collect.  Imagine hearing over 25 year old commericals!  It is pretty fun too!      Some people buy the shows for the commercials  they collect!   And if you don't like the commercials, just a touch of the button and they are gone, skipped to the next music segment.      Remember that these shows are disappearing from the market because they are no longer available.  The lp shows have not been made since the early 90's and they have the truest fidelity as you know if you are an audiophile.  Even the CD shows are now only available in limited distribution as distributors force stations into accepting downloads which stations do not like but ultimately give in and take.  So, the days of unique shows not copied from the soundboard of a station and sold as such are gone.  This is all there is and will be.  It is said that selling radio shows is a vanishing hobby.  Well, I still sell Betamax machines so that is not true, but it is true that they will become rarer and harder to find so grab them now while the prices are still reasonable.         As always, I charge only shipping on the first show you buy for U.S. buyers and discount the shipping for my international friends,  so the more you buy the more money you will save.  Good Luck and God Bless You.
