Hello and welcome to my auction.  Over the next few weeks I will be selling off the rest of my vinyl records from my own collection.  I will list the records with as much accuracy and honesty as I would like to see when I am buying.  I will post all records fully insured and as quickly as I can in heavy set record mailers with two spacers and the vinyl in a spare poly-lined inner.  In short, it will be bomb proof!  All my records have been kept in thick plastic wallets, stored upright at all times and played minimally on high grade equipment.  In short, I love vinyl as much as you and can expect only the best service.  Well that’s the mission statement over with, on to the record at hand...

Here we have a genuine first pressing one of the most influential and iconic records of the past 100 years.  This is the very first pressing with the gatefold outer sleeve, printed inner sleeves and etched vinyl.  Only the very first run of this infamous record has the etched deadwax and the matrix numbers ending -1-1 on each and every side!  To find a very first press of this record is always a delight but to find one in this museum quality is simply unheard of!  The whole package looks almost brand new.  The sleeve is pristine and the vinyl is mint!  This is your final upgrade!

Outer Sleeve Condition

The first press heavy, gatefold outer sleeve is in remarkable condition for its age.  The thick first press spine is perfectly straight, fully readable with no wear at all.  All the edges are straight and sharp with no seam splits at all.  It is a joy to hold and put simply looks brand new! An archive copy.

The first press picture inner sleeves are as new with no seam splits, writing, stains or even folding.  In fact there isn’t a flaw to mention!

The first pressing white labels are open to yellowing and stains but here they are as new! Simply perfect!

The record plays beautifully with no pops or crackle even on the quiet parts.  It is a loud and crystal clear playback from start to finish. There is no distortion in the louder parts with a clear definition between all the different elements of the band!  Paranoid Android has never sounded better than it has here! It simply jumps off the record with such immediacy that can’t be found in any other format than a first press vinyl!  This is the closest you will ever get to that legendary recording!

So that’s it, a true 1st pressing of one of the greatest records of our time and in a final upgrade condition.  Everything is simply in a time capsule condition and is a must have for any fan of good music!
