Hello! I am selling an EXTREMELY RARE test pressing of Radioheads "The Brighter North Volume 1" double lp. First off- the sleeve- it is a double wide spine, very nice full color sleeve. The sleeve is in near mint shape, nice and glossy- there is not much information besides the song titles and label on the back. The Records- there are 2 12" records, each with a blank white label on one side and a hand stamp reading "Radiohead- the Brighter North- Test Pressing- 1 of 8 copies" on the other side. one disc is stamped "disc 1", the other, "disc 2". Each disc has a bit of wear, nothing more than a few scratches, presumably this thing was played to verify the pressing, though i just played it for about 30 seconds a side just to be sure it was in fact Radiohead (which it is). The album is live, and sounds amazing! Ive seen them before, and i will tell you that its as close to being there as you can get without a ticket. Great stuff (though if i were you id lock this thing up in a vault! 8 copies wow!) For those of you not familiar, test pressings are made BEFORE the album is printed to verify quality track listing etc, usually in very small quantities, which rarely surface. Please check the photos for track listing. I will pack this thing extremely well, double and triple boxed, no flimsy cardboard mailers here. Depending on the selling price i may upgrade to priority mail at no additional cost. Shipping will be 4$ US and 25$ world .
