Like the Schenker group LP I just listed I assume the ring wear on the back of this LP is on the shrink wrap itself
and not on the cover since I got it sealed 30 years ago
Live June 13, 1981 Rotterdam, Holland (?)
released in 1981 or 1982 on the back cover it lists a 1980 date
