Description
I am downsizing at 55 and selling some of my prized vinyl so please see my other auctions for more cool 70's/80 Rock, Punk and New Wave. My records were owned by me..many bought new and some used-I was very picky about used lp condition as I use a nice Technics deck with Ortofon cartridge/needle and like a nice quiet lp. Ramones..self titled groundbreaking LP....first pressing on ABC/Sire SA-7520. Mastered and Stamped by Sterling on runout area. This is about as close to mint vinyl as you will find-play tested with no pops or cracks. Vinyl and label show well with only slightest sign of use. I had a later Warners/Sire pressing that I played more often as the vinyl on those later pressing on (SR6020) Warners/Sire was really thick. This one has mostly sat unplayed and would be a great addition for someone wanting a top grade copy of this classic LP. I ship using brand new cardboard LP mailers and take the sleeve and LP out of cover and enclose in plastic sleeve to avoid any damage-some rarer lp's like this one will have an extra paper sleeve for vinyl to save wear on the lyric sleeve. I will ship these using priority mail for fast and secure shipping...50.00 insurance is included at base price as listed...If item sell for considerably more I can add more insurance. I have shipped many vintage and classic lp's so rest assured. I will make sure it gets to you turntable safe and sound!!
Here are the matrix stamps--These are exactly as they are etched-dashes and all: side 1 "SASD-7520 A RE1-2" STERLING B" (looks like a B) Side 2 "SASD-7520-B-RE-1-2 STERLING B-6" (looks like the same symbol letter on side 1.
