Description
The Ramones were an American punk rock band formed in New York City in 1974. Although none of the band members were biologically related, all four adopted the surname 'Ramone'. Joey Ramone (lead singer), Dee Dee Ramone (bass), Johnny Ramone (guitar), and Tommy Ramone (drums). By 2014 all four of the original band members had died. Recognition of the band's importance built over the years, and in 2002, The Ramones were ranked the second-greatest band of all time by Spin magazine, trailing only The Beatles. "Subterranean Jungle" is their seventh album, released in 1983. Johnny Ramone felt the band needed to be focused and stop worrying about getting played on the radio, so they returned to their hardcore punk rock style. The cover is in excellent+ condition.
