Cover is in good condition.  It does have a cut-out mark on it, there is ring wear and does have some general wear to it.  Vinyl is in excellent condition. 

On Nov-17-22 at 13:06:33 PST, seller added the following information:

I am not 100% sure that this is a first pressing album.  It has the same number as someone else that has a listing for a first pressing Hobbit album.  Both albums are identical, same numbers. My reasoning is if that one is, then mine is too.  Sorry, I realize this is not very professional.  I admit I have a lot to learn.
