Up for auction is a rare 1962 LP "The Birth of Ska" by various artists including The Skatalites on Treasure Isle Records. Visually graded using Goldmine standards, the vinyl rates a VG+ with great shine and very light random surface wear. The jacket is G+ with light surface wear that displays beautifully, but has a seam split on the spine that runs the whole length and a 2 1/2" split on the top seam (bottom is fine). I believe this is the first press on the red label. A very nice copy!!! Low starting bid and no reserve. Please see my other auctions for other rare Ska records.
