This is a rare stereo issue LP - BC-4133. This vinyl features the "Black Cat Record" logo. This Taiwanese pressing comes in a plastic wrap with very delicate paper stock. The words "Pepper's" and "Lonely" are misspelled on the cover. I don't know how to grade the cover and the album. But for the untrained eye, the cover is in ok shape. There is a ring. Also, the top and back appears to be split, but being paper stock, I'm not sure if it was ever connected. The card stock is completely encased in the see-through plastic. You can't touch the card stock (hope this makes sense). The album is in really good condition. I don't see any scratches or scuffs. It looks practically brand new. I'm not an album trader so I try to do the best I can with pictures and descriptions. Check out the pictures for condition.
