We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. RARE 1972 original british blues rocker crew...Mick Abrahams was the original guitarist for Jethro Tull's 1st LP "This Was" and fronted the mighty BLODWYN PIG ...his scarce UK-only release "AT LAST" is in a specially designed round cover that opens up from the middle...very nice and creative look, this is.
At Last is the second album that Mick did after leaving Blodwyn Pig, and the last he would release until All Said And Done in 1991. Mick is best known as the original guitarist of Jethro Tull, but his albums since leaving Tull are well worth the hunt. The group consists of Mick (guitar, vocals), Bob Sargeant (keyboards, vocals), Jack Lancaster (sax, woodwinds), Ritchie Dharma (drums), and Walt Monoghan (bass guitar). With the exception of Jack Lancaster(Blodwyn Pig), this is the same lineup that played on the Mick Abrahams album.
The style is Progressive blues rock with complex/jazz interplays. "When I Get Back", and "Absent Friends" along with "Maybe Because", which contains a nice jam in the middle, are among the strongest tracks. This album is for those who enjoy This Was from Jethro Tull and the Blodwyn Pig albums, only far harder to find than those titles....

CONDITION: The cover is a specially designed gimmix cover that opens from the middle, very hard to find clean because it's a fragile UK production. This cover (overall VG+) has pretty decent clean front & back but general light wear to edges and the hinges on the open up flaps have wear...still opens ok, and lines up fine in closing, but handle very careful....
The vinyl is "EX" (excellent) very clean, glossy plays fantastic!
A cool addition to anyone's music library!
