Extremely rare 2002 Official BPI (British Phonographic Industry) and EMI Records certified Gold sales award for the debut album by the Manchester indie band, the Doves, titled "The Last Broadcast". This is a deluxe Gold award for sales of more than 100,000 copies in the UK and has official red (suede effect) and gold backing and plaque in a gold coloured aluminium frame. It is deluxe as it has suede mount, gold plaque and embossed UK flag. Awarded to an executive of Heavenly the record label to commemorate the sales and possibly came from its offices. The award is glazed in official aluminium frame. Some minor marks and scratches from display and storage but otherwise in very good condition. Fair price but best offer available. Only international shipping through GSP, so they set charges for postage and I cannot negotiate - sorry. Any questions please ask?
