Up for auction is a RARE copy of the Modern Soul Mega Floor Filler by Bobby Finch on Bevnik Records out of Baltimore, MD from 1983.  This Fantastic record is in NM condition on both the "If Only" side and the "Get A Hold Of Yourself" side.  You won't find a nicer copy of this record around (if you can find it at all)!  This copy also contains a very nice signature that reads the following "To Kathy, With Love, Carlton Hendricks of Bobby Finch Group" as can be seen in the photo.  Please take a listen to the sample attached as this is taken directly from the actual record without any filters.  As always, please feel free to ask any questions and Good Luck bidding!

Grading is as follows:

I will never advertise something as Mint unless it has never been opened. I rarely use NM (near mint) unless it looks like it has never been taken out of the sleeve and played.

VG++; Great copy, any collector would be happy with. Very little to no wear on record, no real scratches, scuffs or marks. Plays almost like new.

VG+; Also a great copy but may have some markings on vinyl, may also have some slight noise in quite areas. Still a great copy for collectors.

VG; Markings on vinyl, light background noise.

G; Has seen a better day! But still plays with very noticeable noise.

Fair (and I will only put a fair graded record on if it is something extremely rare); Not Good; Lots of noise scratches and may possibly have a skip.

All records are shipped using record mailers and stiffeners, marked fragile and Do Not Bend. Also all Lp’s will be shipped with the record outside the sleeve to insure the sleeve arrive in pristine condition as well.
