Rare Bird – Epic Forest

Including Rare 7” E.P.  &  Poster

Polydor 1st Press –2442 101 – UK 1972

Vinyl/Sleeve/Poster : Excellent – 7” VG+

 

This comes with the rare 7” E.P. and poster that were issued with first pressings. Obtaining a decent copy of this album with the 7" or the poster is difficult, finding both items is very rare.

 

Vinyl L.P: Excellent

Vinyl has been cleaned and play checked. It plays very well with no skips or crackle other than the occasional tic. There are no scratches other than some wispy marks from taking the record in and out of the sleeve and the labels are clean with minimal spindle marks.    

Vinyl 7”: VG+

The 7” is not in the great condition that the L.P. is in. It has noticeable crackle, mainly towards the beginning of the tracks. Side two is a ten minute track and by the end, the crackle isn’t as apparent. Visually it is in nice condition with just a few non-feelable marks. It has a knocked out centre which is correct for this item.

Sleeve: Excellent

The gatefold sleeve is in great condition, nice and solid with no significant edgewear other than the corners.

Poster: Excellent

The poster is in great condition, it hasn’t been hung, but it does have a fold across two corners from where it has been stored in the sleeve with a corner turned over
