Description
Frank Sinatra's very first commercial single(Brunswick 8443) from the summer of 1939 is a highly-coveted collectible due to the fact that only 8000 were originally sold(mostly on the East Coast). Sinatra was an unknown boy vocalist with trumpeter Harry James' band at the time, and Brunswick was bought out by Columbia records shortly after the release of this single.
The shellac of this record still has sheen and is in VG condition, but plays well and sounds nice for its age. The label on one side("From The Bottom of My Heart") has a moderate blemish(perhaps from the removal of an old sticker or tape). The label of the flip side("Melancholy Mood") is excellent.
