Description
This is a rare original 7" 45 from 1958, on a yellow with 4 eye logo COLUMBIA label #4-41131. And is CARL PERKINS First 45 for Columbia records. Tunes are: PINK PEDAL PUSHERS & JIVE AFTER FIVE. Undoubtedly the King of early rock n roll, Carl Perkins picture sleeves are extremely hard to find, he made only a few, and this was his first,and only sleeve until '62. To find this set in any condition is tough, so if you search for the rarest rockabilly in the best condition, consider adding this gem to your collection. The sleeve is a very light pink with a different photo of Carl on each side. Has NO seam splits,folds, stains, writing, stickers, tears, and has only very minor wear, and a few very mild wrinkles. The record has nice labels, with only very minor wear on each side. NO writing, stains, tears, stickers, etc. vinyl has a nice glossy shine with NO groove wear, scratches, defects, etc. And has only a few tiny, light surface scuffs here and there on each side.
