Description
The record you are viewing is part of a collection acquired through a successful auction bid. The product purchased is from a deceased record store owner whose doors closed circa 1970, having made a run of it during the 60's. An incredibly large volume of LPs remained, many in new (sealed) or pristine condition and properly stored. These will comprise the bulk of offerings I will be posting on eBay. With a vast and well preserved inventory, it will take time to sift through and uncover the many hidden gems that await. My goal is to present these finds to eBay buyers in a timely and systematic manner. I am aware finds of this nature are indeed rare, but the fact is, the records I will be listing have sat undisturbed for over 40 years waiting to be rediscovered, shared and enjoyed. I hope you will find some items you've been wanting and can be part of, what I feel, is an historical find. All items kept in smoke-free, pet-free environment.
Riverside MONO deep groove vinyl LP RLP 12-292 - released 1958 (original press)
Vinyl NM. Glossy and shiny - looks new. May have been played once or twice. Test played once on high end equipment and sound is excellent. Cover also in excellent condition. Beautiful laminate with straight edges and broad, straight spine. Small nick lower spine corner. Inspection stamp on rear. Virtually no shelf-wear. This is one of the amazing finds from this vast collection. Although unsealed, the LP has remained in NM condition all these years. This is a great find and one any collector of the genre will be proud to own!
