Description

Dominic Behan Down by the Liffeyside UK 1963 LP Topic Records Catalogue Number 12T35, Scarce Irish folk LP previously issued in 1960 this is the 1963 issue which has a completely different sleeve design and revised sleeve notes, Accompanied by Peggy Seeger (Guitar and Banjo), Leon Rosselson (Guitar) and Ralph Rinzler (Mandolin and Banjo), Tracklisting:- Get Me Down Me Filling Knife/The Saint/Down By the Liffeyside/Rossa's Farewell to Dublin/Waxies’ Dargle/Red Roses for Me/Thank You, Mam, Said Dan/John Mitchell/The Finding of Moses/Master McGrath/Dicey Riley/Finnegan's Wake/The Women Are Worse Than the Men/Easy and Slow/The Spanish Lady/The Twang Man/Bold Robert Emmett/Biddy Mulligan.

The record is very good condition with just a couple of light marks that I can see however I cannot say for sure that it plays or plays well as I have no record player.
The outer sleeve is in fair condition - it is slightly worn at the edges and has a few scrapes on the front though these are not very obvious as they have not removed any of the surface
There is a Mecolico 2d label on the record - shown in the photo
