Description
This is a new and sealed copy of this Rare Promo Picture disc. Although it is sealed it has sat on my shelf for many years so there isa tiny bit of corner wear and a very light corner crease on the back right hand corner.
This promotional version differs in 3 distinct ways from the commercially released US picture disc Elton John - A Single Man
1. On the cover of the promo edition, Elton's feet and cane are visible; strangely, these are missing from the commercial version.
2. On the lower right-hand corner of the reverse of the sleeve, it states "for promotional use only not for sale"
3. The 'B' side picture is totally different. On the promo, Elton is seen walking away from the camera (the same as on the reverse of the cover) whilst on the commercial version, he is pictured inside a red car (as on the inside of the gatefold of the commercial black vinyl release). (HMV1)
