Columbia label cat #F.P.20002, laminated flipback cover.
Cover has no tears, split seams, handwriting, stamps, stickers, etc. = EX+
Record has some visiable hairline scratches but plays fine from start to beginings with no skips. Minor 'crackles'. = VG
