Rare Funk/Soul LP: XINGU COMBO "Xingu" on IRT (Chile)

Welcome back to another round of the world's rarest Soul and Funk vinyl, courtesy waterpolo85.

Please note that all items being offered are ORIGINAL, VINTAGE PRESSINGS; I do not deal in reissues or bootlegs.

For your consideration, we have: XINGU COMBO "Xingu" on IRT Records, Chile, circa early '70s. Legendary and hard LP from South America containing tough versions of such funk standards as "Hot Pants" and "Tanga Boo Gonk," as well as originals like "Black Power" and "493 West," and several others. Original copies seldom turn up, so I hope this finds a nice home!

Condition: this original, vintage copy is Cover: strong VG+, although this is somewhat tough to grade as there isn't a real cover, it's basically a blank piece of cardboard with a folded printout wrapped around it (all originals are like this). The printout is very clean with no writing etc but it seems to have gotten moist at some point, causing wrinkling (which looks WORSE in my photo.) Vinyl: VG to VG+. Under normal light the vinyl appears mint, but under a bright bulb the layer of light marks typically associated with South American vinyl is revealed; should play at least VG+ or better. Overall still a very nice copy of this rarity, and a nice presentation.
