Wellington Blakey (dated October 1960)
This is late for a 78 rpm pressing.
Bud Pressner Music & Recording Service located at 718 Washington Street in Gary Indiana.
Wellington Blakely is noted for singing "Wellington Blues" which was recorded on the Kyoto lp on Riverside The CD liner notes, by Ira Gitler, say that Wellington is Art's cousin.

E (78) Still very shiny, near new looking, with no visible signs of wear, surface has an aged look, as possibly due to oxidation with a few light scuffs and scratches.
