Hello,
This listing is for an original 1st press copy of Germs GI. This has the original cardboard outer sleeve as well as the original printed lyric insert. There is also no writing in the spine or t-shirt insert that was seen with later pressings. This is honestly one of the cleanest copies of this record I’ve ever seen. Most were heavily played with little to no real care in storing it etc. This copy was well played of course, but was also well taken care of. Outer sleeve does have some minor wear around the edges, and some ring wear. Considering it’s age, it’s in really good shape. No seam splits or anything like that. I grade conservatively and I graded this sleeve at VG. Lyric insert is a bit beat up, but still in tact. Some wear and creasing exists around the edges, but when you have a record that’s almost 40 years old, it’s pretty much impossible not have some kind of wear. The vinyl does have some very, very light marks but it plays back beautifully. Probably closer to a VG+, in fact most sellers would probably grade it VG+ , but like I said I’m a conservative grader and I did this at VG too. Over all this is a nice, clean copy of this legendary record. A must own for any punk collector.
