Very Hard To Find In Any Condition!

Condition:
Record is EX+ and looks beautiful. Seems like it was hardly played.
Front cover has a small sticker removal sign on the upper right corner. As a result a small piece was torn.
Except this issue the cover is VG+ with no seam splits and looks nice.
