Description

The record you are viewing is part of a collection acquired through a successful auction bid.  The product purchased is from a deceased record store owner whose doors closed circa 1970, having made a run of it during the 60's.  An incredibly large volume of LPs remained, many in new (sealed) or pristine condition and properly stored.  These will comprise the bulk of offerings I will be posting on eBay.  With a vast and well preserved inventory, it will take time to sift through and uncover the many hidden gems that await.  My goal is to present these finds to eBay buyers in a timely and systematic manner.  I am aware finds of this nature are indeed rare, but the fact is, the records I will be listing have sat undisturbed for over 40 years waiting to be rediscovered, shared and enjoyed.  I hope you will find some items you've been wanting and can be part of, what I feel, is an historical find.  All items kept in smoke-free, pet-free environment.
Jazz West Coast deep groove flat edge MONO vinyl LP JWC-507 - released 1957 
NM vinyl retains like new sheen and gloss.  May have been played once or twice prior based on small singular and faint spindle trails - barely noticeable.  Play test on NAD C555 turntable revealed clear, rich analogue sound with only occasional whisper of inherent background.  A quality pressing.  VG+ cover has light shelf wear, tight 1 1/2" seam split lower right corner, lower seam and corner shelf wear.  Adhesive remnant upper rear right corner.
