Here we have a rare original press of Kool Keith's classic 1997 Double LP Vinyl album Sex Style.
Other than a bit of fading to the labels and the previous owners intials written in pen (as seen in pics), both discs are near mint condition and play through perfectly from start to finish.
Cover condition I'd say was Very Good +.
This is one of my all time favourite Hip-Hop albums but I already own another copy, so this has to go!
Much (but not all) of the album is a concept where Kool Keith adopts the rapping style 'pornocore', where he plays out the Dolemite esq style character 'Willie Biggs' telling freaky sex tales. Not only is the rapping amazing on this album, so is the production, with Kut Master Kurt creating some of the funkiest beats I've ever heard in Hip-Hop
The energy, flow, and punchy delivery on this LP will keep you going back for more to catch another crazy line you may have missed on your last listen, which makes this an absolute goldmine for real Hip-Hop heads. Without a doubt, this record stands up along side his other best solo project, and critically acclaimed 1996 album: Dr. Octagon - Dr. Octagonecologyst
This pressing isn't up for sale much on the internet, or the UK, and if it is, it's often going for a much higher price (even in a way worst condition), so grab the opportunity while you can for a piece of Hip-Hop history.
