This is a rare and excellent artifact from a crucial time in the evolution of the Civil Rights Movement, featuring the brilliant perspective of James Baldwin, a literary giant and outspoken critic of racism. 
This is the first pressing of an album issued by CREDO of Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1962, featuring James Baldwin being interviewed by journalist Studs Terkel. 
James Baldwin's thoughts have been referenced widely with the advent of the Black Lives Matter movement in the past decade. 
This is a hard to find item on vinyl and it is even more rare to have it in such excellent condition.
