Description

Very rare original 1969 UK pressing of Led Zeppelin II by Led Zeppelin.

1st UK pressing with “Living Lovin Wreck” error on labels. Green tinge to spine. Red plum Atlantic labels.

Matrix numbers -

Side 1: 588198 Av2 1 (inverted) 1 3

Side 2: 588198 Bv2 1 (inverted) 1

The record grades as VG- overall. Visual grade is G+ only. Lots of fines scuffs and non feelable hairlines and light scratches, etc. looks pretty rough. It has been fully tested and plays pretty well. Light crackle in quiet sections and in spaces between tracks. Doesn’t overpower the music particularly or in the main but crackle is evident in the quieter sections (of which there aren’t too many). Side 2 does have 2 loud pops on track one and a few soft repetitive clicks later. Certainly not a perfect copy by any stretch of the imagination but still playable and I found it very enjoyable still. No skips, jumps or sticking. Play grade is VG-

The sleeve is VG. A fair bit general storage wear, handling wear and sticker/tape removal marks on the rear. No rips, tears or writing.

The original inner is missing but I will include a brand new poly lined inner.

Overall still a very playable and rare 1st pressing of this classic LP
