Up for purchase is a very rare, maroon label ELVIS PRESLEY "Peace in the Valley" RCA EPA-5121 Gold Standard released in 1959. Very few copies of the maroon were produced. In 1959 RCA ran out of the black blank labels on one run of this EP. As a result, they grabbed some of their classical maroon labels and produced a very small quantity of this extended play, creating a highly collectible record.
This RCA Elvis extended play 45 record with the very rare maroon label is in VG to VG+ condition. The record plays without skips. No cracks or warping. It retains its' shine. They are a few some light scuffs from removing the record from its' cover. The labels are VG++ to Near Mint. The cover looks VG++ but a 3" crease in the lower right corner knocks the grade down to VG. The crease is hard to see unless you hold the cover at an angle.
