NORTHERN SOUL AUCTION
ARTIST: DEAN PARRISH TITLE: "I'M ON MY WAY"/"WATCH OUT!" LABEL: US LAURIE LR-3418 CONDITION: VERY GOOD+
After 40 years of gathering dust on my shelves, it's time that some of these great records moved on to new homes, so good luck to all bidders.
This is an original US record - please see scan above. This is an early 1970s re-press which is pretty much indistinguishable from the original. Obviously it's one of the all-time greats from the Golden era of Northern Soul and now holds legendary status as the record which traditionally closed the Casino after every all-nighter. It's a glorious record in every way and co-incidentaly co-written by Doug Morris - one of the powerful men in the music industry over the last 20 years. Condition is Very Good+ and the record plays perfectly. Good luck and happy bidding! Here's a clip:-
