Labels: Show a fair amount of wear w/ a bit more on Side B
Record: This record has been played heavily as evidenced by lots of light surface scuffs and light groove wear. Side A also has at least 5 feelable scratches. The first half of Side A plays VG w/ background ticks quieter than the music. The second half plays better, at least VG+ if not better w/ some light random background surface noise. Still has decent sound presence. Side B plays better, a strong VG++ w/ just a little light random background surface noise. / VPI cleaned
COMMENTS: Original white label promo copy of this rare Northern Soul 45. The A Side is an excellent midtempo ballad. Side B is a great funky mid to uptempo track which talks about getting back to Memphis so I'm wondering if these guys are from Memphis.
NOTE: VPI cleaned means that this record was cleaned on a professional $500 cleaning machine, which does wonders for the playback of all vinyl records!
