Only once in a very great while will a rare sought after original '50s doo wop 45 make itself available in this condition. most collectors that own them are unwilling to part with them. This 45 is an original from ' 59 on small DEB record label #1008 below Deb records on both labels is 1650 Broadway, New York 19, N.Y. in trail off is DEB 1008-A/B, there is also an LW etched on one side. Songs are: WHO TOOK MY GIRL & STARS OF WONDER by THE VELVETONES. Both songs were written by the group as well. Labels are white with black print, and have only a slight hint of wear and browning, NO bad wear, stains, fading, stickers, writing, tears, or wear in spindle hole etc. Playing surfaces have a deep glossy shine NO scratches, scuffs, groove wear, defects, warps, etc. I noticed only one very tiny pimple on one side that does not affect play. Both sides from beginning to end sound crystal clear with NO distortion or background noise of any kind. If you search for the best hard to find small label, sought after garage vocal group, doo wop, R&B etc 45s consider this very tough find in this stunning CONDITION: "NM" , THIS 45 IS GUARANTEED TO BE AN ORIGINAL, IT IS NOT A BOOTLEG OR REISSUE.
